The village is to be comprised of 68 single-storey homes arranged in pairs in the landscaped gardens with each villa having its own gardens. The village itself has a central garden, with other green areas interspersed throughout. Villa owners can choose from one of five villa designs, allowing them to pick a home to suit their individual needs in terms of size, floor plan and affordability. Some designs include the possibility of a mezzanine floor. The Plan 3 villas do not include a garage, however, separate garages will be built in the village and available to rent.
